Pheochromocytoma presenting with severe abdominal pain and abnormal liver enzymes
Abstract Pheochromocytoma can present with right hypochondrial pain, elevated liver enzymes, and a misleading appearance on ultrasound scan mimicking hepatic mass due to the proximity of adrenal masses to the liver.
