Today, topical agents with various mechanisms are used for this purpose. Furthermore, in recent years, lasers has been used effectively in the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity. Although there are many studies about dentin hypersensitivity diagnosis and treatment, there is still insufficient data on definite diagnosis and treatment and a controversial issue. The aim of this paper is to summarize existing information etiology, mechanism, laser types and mechanisms of dentin hypersensitivity and clinical studies related to them. |
