Summary:The research is conducted to determine the effects of organizational culture on the performance of employees at Okamura Sanyo Property Corporation. In the quantitative research with sample size 246 who it’s working in Okamura Sanyo Property Corporation. Using data analysis methods, including descriptive statistics methods, Cronbach’s alpha test, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) was used. The result of CFA indicates organizational culture in Okamura Sanyo Property Corporation is constituted of the elements: Employee participation, salary and reward, communication between members, customer care, collaboration of members. This study’s findings show that organizational culture help managers of Okamura Sanyo Property Corporation in particular and real estate management services popular’s corporation. Recognize the importance of organizational culture to the performance of employees. There are adjustments about strategy for building and developing an organizational culture that brings positive value for the company and the basis for further research.
