Summary:Primary cardiac tumors are of rare presentation. We present a case of primary cardiac synovial sarcoma of the right atrium admitted to our hospital. An initial diagnosis of right atrial myxoma or hydatid cyst was made based on echocardiographic and radiological features. Intraoperatively, an irregular mass was excised, and histopathologically, it was reported as monophasic synovial sarcoma. Immunohistochemistry was positive for TLE-1, BCL-2, and MIC-2.
