Summary: | This paper offers different definition about EC. The need to have a common EC definition that at least be uniform in institutions those are responsible for EC consider. The reason for divergence of EC definition will study from different views. To investigate EC in developing countries it is essential to have awareness about volume, trend, major players and current state of developing countries in this context for better decision-making. Hence, provide useful statistics about EC. The most important stage on electronic commerce adoption is identifying inhibitors and is informing of EC effects on country business and economic system. So, we consider these topics. Eventually in the light of attention to government critical role, provide strategies and solutions to adopt electronic commerce. |
