description Shone´s syndrome is a rare entity characterized by four basics defects: supravalvular mitralring, valvular mitral stenosis by a parachute mitral valve, subaortic stenosis and aortic coarctation. This entity commonly curses with its incomplete form and other abnormalities are frequentlypresent. The patient is a 43 years old female, who came to the EchocardiographyDepartment for a routine study, detecting supravalvular mitral membrane, dysplastic mitralvalve, subaortic stenosis, bicuspid aortic valves and mild aortic coarctation. We concludedthis case as a Shone´s Syndrome.
