Summary:The relevance of the topic is due to both the heightened danger of organized criminal activity and the fact that the issue of the criminal law-subjectivity of a legal entity has not yet been resolved. On this depends the development of ways to counter organized crime and increase the effectiveness of this activity. The article discusses ways to use legal entities in organized criminal activities and offers recommendations for the suppression of such crimes. The inefficiency of administrative and civil liability measures applied to legal entities has been proved. In this connection, the proposed Author’s understanding of the grounds and limits of bringing organizations to justice.
