On this depends the development of ways to counter organized crime and increase the effectiveness of this activity. The article discusses ways to use legal entities in organized criminal activities and offers recommendations for the suppression of such crimes. The inefficiency of administrative and civil liability measures applied to legal entities has been proved. In this connection, the proposed Author’s understanding of the grounds and limits of bringing organizations to justice. |
