Therefore, ensuring that companies implement an appropriate, effective and efficient set of HR practices in the area of employee motivation is of particular importance. Consequently, this study aims to present a model for analysing the relationship between the practices through which employee empowerment is achieved and the HR practices through which employee motivation is achieved in a multinational corporation operating in the IT industry. Among the main results obtained, we may mention that there is a statistically significant relationship between the practices through which employee empowerment is achieved and the HR practices through which employee motivation is achieved in the analysed company.
