Multifactorial logistic regression model use demonstrate, that independent predictors of cytomegalovirus vertical transmission were T helper count less than 0,5×109/l, stage of secondary diseases and threat of pregnancy interruption. Forecasting of risk cytomegalovirus vertical transmission sensitivity and specificity in the presence of at the same time all three predictors were 90%. |
