[Method/Process] Apply with information architecture theory, select audio knowledge service platform case to analyze characteristics in organization, identification, navigation and retrieval. [Results/Conclusion] The information architecture of audio knowledge service platform is different from the traditional platform by users, content and context. The attributes of knowledge business, the modality of knowledge dissemination and the mode of knowledge production are important factors affecting the information architecture of audio knowledge service platform. Audio knowledge service platform could provide reference for other platforms in terms of audio services, learn from traditional classification and subject methods, and make cross platform information architecture. |
