Summary:We estimate theoretically the strong-field-modified vibrational parameters of three-atomic <inline-formula><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><semantics><mrow><mi>A</mi><mi>B</mi><mi>A</mi></mrow></semantics></math></inline-formula> molecules with <inline-formula><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><semantics><msub><mi>D</mi><mrow><mo>∞</mo><mi>h</mi></mrow></msub></semantics></math></inline-formula> symmetry in a laser-induced plasma. The linear CO<inline-formula><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><semantics><msub><mrow></mrow><mn>2</mn></msub></semantics></math></inline-formula> and CS<inline-formula><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><semantics><msub><mrow></mrow><mn>2</mn></msub></semantics></math></inline-formula> molecules in the <inline-formula><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><semantics><mrow><mi>X</mi><mspace width="0.166667em"></mspace><msup><mrow></mrow><mn>1</mn></msup><msub><mi mathvariant="sans-serif">Σ</mi><mi>g</mi></msub></mrow></semantics></math></inline-formula> state are considered as examples. We show that double degeneracy of the <inline-formula><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><semantics><msub><mi mathvariant="sans-serif">Π</mi><mi>u</mi></msub></semantics></math></inline-formula> mode is removed due to reduction of the <inline-formula><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><semantics><mrow><mi>A</mi><mi>B</mi><mi>A</mi></mrow></semantics></math></inline-formula> molecule symmetry by the laser field. The linear form of <inline-formula><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><semantics><mrow><mi>A</mi><mi>B</mi><mi>A</mi></mrow></semantics></math></inline-formula> molecule is preserved, the bond length being elongated.
