description Askin's tumor is a primitive neuroectodermal tumor (PNET) that belongs to the class of small round cell malignant tumor. It has a poor survival rate as it is an aggressive tumor with high chances of recurrence. It poses a diagnostic and therapeutic challenge to the clinicians as it mimics conditions such as tuberculosis, lymphoma, and rhabdomyosarcoma. With a special interest to improve the management of this condition, we report a mini-series of two cases of this rare malignancy.
