The competition for the connectivity based on complex infrastructural invstments also determines the global economic and geopolitical directions.The New Silkroad (Belt and Road Initiatives – BRI) is such a network that establishes a complex connectivity. The Chinese economic programme comprises the development of the traditional infrastructures, such as the rail infrastructures in order to establish a modern connectivity that can improve the transport volume and so improve the commercial relations between China, Asia and Europe. The China Railway Express (CRE) connects China and Europe and creates a Chinese led rail connection which is an important pillar of the BRI.
