description Coordinating the subject matter of different university modules plays a key role in the provision of good teaching performance. In order to achieve high quality teaching standards, university lecturers should cross-examine and jointly design their programmes. They need to coordinate their assigned teaching content with colleagues of their own department as well as with members of other faculties and university units. Cooperation is achieved by working together towards a commonly defined educational project, by sharing values, ground rules, guidelines and principles based on attitudes commonly agreed on such as responsible collaboration, the search for permanent renewal, mutual help and respect, engaged participation, individual and group thinking, and seeking to improve teaching and research outcomes. These factors help create an environment conducive to further the motivation of the students and to make a positive impact both on their learning and on our teaching.
