Description
Summary:The following article points to the growing number of entrepreneurs approaching retirement age, both in European countries including Poland, and the USA. This increase resulted both from an increasing number of people in this age group, which set up their companies, as well as with the growing number of people who for many years leading their companies do not intend to retire. Studies conducted in Pomerania showed that entrepreneurs aged 55 or more appreciate stability, and comparing with younger entrepreneurs are less willing to expand, and consequently do not seek external financing sources as often as other entrepreneurs.
