The results of preclinical and clinical studies to assess the efficacy and safety of calcium dobesilate in relation to the symptomatic treatment of CVD and CVI are presented. On the basis of the analysis of literary sources the conclusion on expediency of wide application of calcium dobesilate in phlebological practice is presented. |
