Description
Summary:Multi-stakeholder cooperation can promote sustainable development, and more particularly the sustainability of work. Partnership-based territorial experiments were conducted from 2016 to 2018 by five Aract organisations as part of a project entitled “PACT seniors. For the improvement of working conditions for seniors. Maintaining 55–64-year-olds in employment” co-financed by the European Social Fund. The very different types of cooperation developed by the project officers of each Aract are the result of territorialization work, the construction of relationships between systems of actors and stakeholders and a long-term approach. Proposed as an analytical tool, the notion of “territorial partnership configuration” highlights the close and specific combination of different types of actor, more or less stable and established cooperation structures, very diverse territories of action and cooperation, and working methods in each experiment.
