Summary: | molecular sieves ZSM-5/AlMCM-41 were synthesized by hydrothermal crystallization, under synthesis conditions employed for pure phases. Solids were characterized by several techniques. The phase ZSM-5 was obtained varying silica source and AlMCM-41 only can be obtained with TEOS. For this later phase, a hexagonal arrangement improved was observed at higher temperature and time of synthesis- Combines solids ZSM-5/AlMCM-41 only can be obtained from TEOS. X-ray patterns of combined solids indicated incipient formation of ZSM-5. Mesoporosity can be confirmed by N2 adsorption isotherms and TEM micrographs. |
