There are two interrelated aspects (personal and status) that characterize the changes in the teacher’s personality and the stages of his professional advancement. The author notes pre-university, university and post-graduate periods. In the latter, the stages of professional adaptation, individualization and professionalization are distinguished. The factors influencing the process of development of professional competence of a teacher of additional education are considered. |
