| description | The dynamics of the levels of 5′-nucleotidase and AMP-deaminase activity in postnuclear fraction of rat liver and serum was studied during transplanted Guerin’s carcinoma growth in rats. It was found that the malignant growth is accompanied by the increase of 5′-nucleotidase and AMP-deaminase activities tumor-bearing rat in liver postnuclear fraction, reaching their maximal levels at the terminal stage of carcinogenesis. Similar dynamics of AMP-deaminase activity was observed in blood serum of animals under study. At the same time, 5′-nucleotidase activity reached its maximal level at the logarithmic stage and decreased at the stages of stationary growth and tumor metastasis. |
