description 192 consecutive patients with chronic pancreatitis against the background of chronic opisthorchious invasion were observed from 1970 to 2000 years in the Tomsk region hepatological center (female — 117 (60,9%), male — 75 (39,1%)). 166 (86,5%) patients were treated therapeutically (anti-fermentative, analgesic, anti-spasmodic drugs drugs, and substitution fermentative therapy). 26 of them (13,5%) were incapable of improvement.
