Description
Summary:The episode of the meeting of the dog Berganza with the Cañizares in El coloquio de los perros allows us to read these two characters (animal and witch) as deconstructions of the male and female subjects of patriarchal thought. Cervantes' discourse is hidden in its baroque, parodic, self-censored folds, indications of rebellion before the beginnings of the heteronormal rigidity that began in its time. With the prophecy of the Camacha and the utopian end of the collection of the Exemplars, Cervantes opens a plural journey of dissident bodies that we are still transiting.
