Methodology for evaluating proposals bidding in public procurement for the military units of internal troops through the use of the analytic hierarchy process can be used in the practice of bidding committees.<br>Для оценки предложений конкурсных торгов в системе государственных закупок в работе было предложено использование метода анализа иерархий (МАИ). На основе этого метода была построена иерархическая схема сравнений, а также предложена конкретная методика, которая в некоторой мере обобщает МАИ в связи с особым статусом показателя стоимости. Методика оценки предложений конкурсных торгов в системе государственных закупок для военных частей внутренних войск на основе применения метода анализа иерархий может быть использована в практической деятельности комитетами по конкурсным торгам. |
