Summary:In the West Indies the coastal humid zones are located geographically between sea and land, it are structured in characteristics countries dependants of physicals conditions of environment. During the time, various humans’ uses founded within the areas, a dynamic which reveal various degrees of animal and vegetable biodiversity. These countries considered in the past as unhealthy, were draining and planning. The obvious fact of their values and functions showed that these areas were important and major. Actually, must they become one sanctuary for the durable development? Or then, must people continue their uses at look of their economical contribution?The aim of this article is to explain the biodiversity of countries and species within the human coastal zone of West Indies; and show their dynamic, their origin. In fact, this environment have a great resistance which prove an adaptability of the biodiversity at the environmental alteration, is securing the functioning of ecosystem.
