A structure of categories andindicatorswasfoundthatexplainthedifferencesbetweenthetrainingmodels.Inrelationtotheliteratureconsultedthathighlightsthetransfer of knowledge between actors, the importance of technologies,devices,andnetworksforestablishingcompatibilitybetweentrainingdemandsandinstitutionalandorganizationalresourcesisdiscussedinboth,thecheckedliterature,andthepresentstudy. |
