| description | Relevance. Currently, issues related to the specifics of the implementation of the state youth policy in various constituent entities of the Russian Federation are becoming one of the priority tasks in the context of the implementation of the internal policy of the regions. This is caused not only by the socio-economic specifics of the subjects, but also by the peculiarities of the demographic and cultural portrait of the population. In this article, through the analysis of social design as a socially transformative activity, the types of results of this process are described and, based on this typology of results, models for supporting youth social initiatives are formulated and described, which are used mainly by regional and municipal institutions of executive power and business. Purpose: design and description of basic models of support for youth social initiatives in the context of youth policy implementation. Methods: content analysis, theoretical research methods (literature analysis on the research topic, including legal documentation, synthesis, classification and generalization). The algorithm of the author's modeling of forms of support for youth social initiatives in the context of youth policy implementation of the Russian Federation includes the following stages: designing and substantiating possible options for the result of the social design in the paradigm of various sociological approaches; analysis and generalization of various technologies and tools for supporting social initiatives into basic models; determination of the studied regions based on the results of monitoring the effectiveness of the implementation of youth policy, conducted by the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs; description of the features of the modeled typology of types of support, taking into account the regional specifics of youth policy implementation. Results. The paper introduces the author's model of types of support for youth social initiatives, and considers their features and possibilities of their use to achieve the results of social projecting in the youth environment; further research development trajectories are identified with the practical implementation of the developed models in the activities of municipal and regional institutions of youth policy. Conclusion. The design and practical implementation of tools and technologies to support youth initiatives imply the orientation of the subject providing this support to the achievement of certain results by a young person, formed into a triad of results. The modeling of such support measures and their methodological justification makes it possible to keep in the field of influence of the subjects not only their own interest as a state or commercial institution, but also the effectiveness of social design and project management as a socially transformative activity for society and the specific personality of the performer. |
