description Objectives: The study aimed to develop a scientific study on the applications related to the Fiqh rules that can be derived from the Badaa’ Al-Sana’I in the chapter on purity, and link it to other formulas of other Fiqh doctrines. Methods: The theoretical descriptive approach, which depends on extrapolation and deduction, was followed to derive the most important Fiqh rules mentioned in Badaa’ Al-Sana’i in the purity chapter. The researcher analyzed the jurists’ opinions on the Fiqh rules extracted from Badaa’ Al-Sana’i in the purity chapter. Results: The study reached a number of results, namely that Al-Kasani has a prominent and clear effort in serving the Fiqh rules, and that he benefited from his predecessors, and had a clear impact on the emergence of Fiqh rules as an independent science, especially at the present time as a result of benefiting from his efforts and the efforts of Hanafi scholars. Fourteen rules, from the Badaa’ Al-Sana’i in the purity chapter, were studied and analyzed. Conclusions: Study the Fiqh disciplines in other sections of Fiqh and to benefit from them in the science of Fiqh disciplines at present. Moreover, the researcher recommended the need for a comparative study between the Fiqh rules in the chapter on purity in Badaa’ Al-Sana’i, and other books of other Fiqh doctrines, especially Al'um book by Shafi'i
