Of all the issues that are dealt with in this area, it is worth noting the study of the legal regime of contracts during the insolvency proceedings. The continuity of the business activity requires the maintenance of the economic relations of the debtor to continue producing assets. The possibilities of extinction are limited certain specific cases, which will be addressed the resolution in the interest of the contest and for non-compliance.</em></p>
