Women's daily lives, in particular, are often structured around a combination of domestic work and formal or informal paid work. The article examines how working-class women produce and mobilise a living space that meets their subsistence needs. The research is based on a 'bottom-up' methodological approach deployed in Charleroi, a deindustrialised Belgian city. |
