There are less then ten case reports according to literary data. We observed just a one patient with CLL and diagnosed meningeal involvement at the hematologic department of Regional clinical hospital for more than thirty-year period. Clinical and laboratory symptoms were successfully treated by intrathecal administration of cytostatic agents. |
