Summary:The paper proposed a mining method based on Apriori algorithm and convolutional neural network for main influencing factors of distribution equipment operation efficiency. Firstly, the possible affecting factors of operation efficiency are analyzed, then a method based on K-means clustering and Apriori algorithm is proposed to mine the main factors affecting the operation efficiency. Thirdly, quantitative measure of the relationship between the operation efficiency and the main influencing factors based on convolutional neural network is developed. Finally, the paper is tested on GEFCom match data. The simulation results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
