The analysis of typical flaws of the results of inspections of the scene of the incident on the facts of robberies committed in open areas, allowed us to formulate the optimal algorithm for the actions of the investigator to organize and conduct an inspection of the scene, taking into account the tactical and forensic features of this investigative action. |
