EFFECT OF ELECTRIC FIELD ON PROCESSES IN SEMICONDUCTOR NaAuy FILM

The processes in semiconductor film NaAuy under the influence of an external electric field are studied. The model based on the properties of hole and electron conductivity of the semiconductor was suggested.
