Was made transciliary implantation Molteno 3 drainage with delayed technic. At first day after surgery OD 17‑18 mm Hg of IOP, visual acuity improved to 0.02. Observed a sharp decrease in the caliber of neovascular iris vessels. After 2.5 years follow-up period IOP was 20 Hg of IOP. Specific lens opacities were not observed. Preliminary results of Molteno 3 transciliary drainage show long-term efficiency of this method. Further study of this technique need it to determine the
indications and contraindications for this technique.
