In this study, based on a research dealing with the impact of communication centers on efficiency, named as the effect of communication centers on efficiency in local governance: The case of Municipality of Başakşehir, a survey is conducted together with employees of Municipality of Başakşehir in the context of institutional efficiency. As a result of the analysis conducted in that direction, it is assessed that communication centers in municipalities do have a positive impact on the institutional efficiency. |
