Para este efecto el morfema {-s } se propone como el exponente del sufijo plural y también como el monotemático y categorización temático del sustantivo español.
This article presents an interpretation of the morphosyntactic category number of the
Spanish noun, considering the genetic affiliation of Spanish as a western Romance language as well as its condition as a peripheral language. To this effect the morpheme {-s} is proposed as the exponent of the plural suffix and also as the monothematic and thematic categorization of the Spanish noun.
