description | The mortality from cardiovascular disease in Russia remains high. The target of the real work was the research of new biochemical markers of сardiovascular diseases and their probable complications (an apolipoprotein of A1 (Apoa1), an apolipoprotein B (ApoB), relation ApoB/ApoA1) at residents of Altai region. It is shown that between men and women statistically significant distinctions are revealed on all analyzed markers of possible complications: contents ApoB, coefficient of ApoB/ApoA1 at men is higher, and the contents ApoA1 - is below, than at women. |
