The actives are classified in four areas: administrative, educative, assistance and research. The actions involve two nivels: individual attendance and education to the health in group. The process of evaluation involve measure of the reached coverage; evaluation of the redemption of group; identification of the change of style of life in clientele and appreciation of the your adherence at the treatment. A experience contributed to the construction of the knowledge and professional growth, and to the offer of appropriate assistance at hypertensive clentele, involving the family and community. |
