| Summary: | من الأهمية بمكان الإشارة إلى أن الدراسة الموسومة "بمآدب طعام البلاط التُغْلُقي في ضوء رحلة ابن بطوطة إلى بلاد الهند (734ـ 748هـ/1333ـ 1347مـ)" قد انقسمت إلى مقدمة، وتمهيد، وستة مباحث؛ حيث تناول التمهيد تعريفًا برحلة "ابن بطوطة" في "بلاد الهند" إبان "العصر التُغْلُقي"، بينما تناول المبحث الأول "الأطعمة والأشربة المُقَدَّمة في مآدب البلاط التُغْلُقي"، وتناول المبحث الثاني "الأواني والأدوات المُستخدمة في مآدب البلاط التُغْلُقي"، في حين عالجنا في المبحث الثالث "المِهَن المُخْتَصة بمآدب البلاط التُغْلُقي"، وجاء المبحث الرابع بعنوان "مآدب طعام السلطان محمد بن تُغْلُق"، كما تناول المبحث الخامس "مآدب طعام السلطانة مخدومة جهان"، وعُنون المبحث السادس "بمآدب طعام الأميرة فيروز خوندة"، وذُيِّلَت الدراسة بخاتمة، وخريطة تقريبية لرحلة "ابن بطوطة" في "بلاد الهند"، بالإضافة إلى بعض الصور التوضيحية، ومُلحق تَضَمَّنَ "مُخَطَّطًا بيانيًّا للأطعمة والأشربة الواردة في الدراسة"، وآخر تناول أسماء "السلاطين التُغْلُقيين"، ثم قائمة بالمصادر والمراجع.
It is important to point out that the study entitled “The Dining Banquets of the Tughluqs Court in Light of Ibn Battuta’s Trip to India (734-748 AH/1333-1347 AD)” was divided into an introduction, a preface, and six sections. The introduction dealt with an introduction to Ibn Battuta’s journey in “India” during the “Tughluq's era” while the first section dealt with “the foods and drinks served at Tughluqs court banquets”, and the second section dealt with “the utensils and tools used in Tughluqs court banquets”, while we dealt with In the third section “Professions specialized in the banquets of the Tughluqs court”, the fourth section was titled “The dining banquets of Sultan Muhammad Ibn Tughluq”, and the fifth section dealt with “the dining banquets of Sultana Makhdouma Jahan”, and the sixth section was titled “The dining banquets of Princess Fayrouz Khunda”, and the study was appended with a conclusion. An approximate map of Ibn Battuta’s journey in India, in addition to some illustrative pictures, and an appendix that included “a graphic chart of the foods and drinks mentioned in the study” and another that dealt with the names of the “Tughluqs Sultans” then a list of the sources and references. |
