description An annotated list of 69 species of 14 genera of the Muscidae from Taymyr Peninsula and Chukotka Autonomous Okrug is given. 57 species of 13 genera were recorded from Taymyr Peninsula and 23 species of 9 genera were recorded from Chukotka Autonomous Okrug. The list includes the new data of the high altitude distribution of some species in the Altai Mountains. 4 species of Drymeia Meigen, 1826, 2 species of Phaonia Robineau-Desvoidy, 1830, and 7 species of Spilogona Schnabl, 1911 are new records for Russia. Species of Spilogona dominate among Muscidae of the examined fauna. Geographic information and examined material are given for all species presented in the list.
