| description | The article deals with the complex nature of the innovation mechanism for implementing state youth policy, based on the mechanisms of standardization, social partnership, social dialogue, social communication, self-organization, adaptation, financial support, recruitment, succession of generations, forecasting, information, social security, support, balance, taking into account the views of young people, competence development and so on. In this article there are the characteristics of each of these mechanisms (as structural elements of a comprehensive mechanism for implementing state youth policy) with the release of their main goals when increasing international cooperation Ukraine. It is proved that the complex innovative mechanism for implementing state youth policy is revealed in the possibility to influence the formation of a new ideology of social development, which takes the integrative nature. It is shown that the feature of this approach is the active participation of the state in addressing youth issues and activism of young people in supporting the principles of national security in difficult conditions of society and the state. This is consistent with the general problems of integration and globalization, revealing, especially at the level of international relations and cross-border regions of the country with regions of other countries. It is concluded that the innovative mechanism is directly related to the need for continuous upgrading of public life. As a result, the model of functioning of such a mechanism.
