MODERN DEMOCRACY: USINGTHE ACHIEVEMENTS OF SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL PROGRESS
The paper discusses some of the Russian political and public institutions in order to determine the role of scientific and technological progress in modern democracy. This issue became relevant in the recent decades and has not yet received extensive development in jurisprudence and law.
