Description
Summary:According to the thesis of the President of the Italian National Anti-corruption Authority, the Author identifies the corruption phenomenon with evil and dwells on the most appropriate legislative measures to repress it. Specific attention is paid to the transparency obligations recently introduced in the Italian legal system to prevent conflicts of interest. In this way, the anti-corruption system can constitute a defence of democracy and guarantee the transparency of the public administration, analogously to the model of the ‘glass house’.
