Summary:Abstract:Management Model of Early Childhood Education Programs Based on Community Par­ticipation. This study aimed to instill a management model of early childhood education programs by involv­ing the community in planning, implementation, and assessment. The model was developed through the steps of research and development. The data were collected using interviews, observations and documen­tation and analyzed using descriptive statistics. This study found out that the management model of early childhood education based on community participation could improve the children’s psychosocial devel­opment, increase the satisfaction of the community regarding planning, implementation and instructional evaluation, and enhance the students’ achievement. Abstrak: Model Pengelolaan Program Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini Berbasis Masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh model manajemen program pendidikan anak usia dini dengan melibatkan masyarakat dalam proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan penilaian. Pengembangan model dilakukan dengan metode penelitian dan pengembangan. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan interview, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data digunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa model manajemen program pendidikan anak usia dini berbasis masyarakat mampu meningkatkan perkembangan psikolosial anak, dan meningkatkan kepuasan masyarakat atas keterlibatannya dalam kegiatan perenca­naan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran, dan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik.
