These genes comprise 13 protein-coding genes, 20 transfer RNA genes, and two ribosomal RNA genes, with gene arrangement and content basically identical to those of other species of Trichiuridae. The result of phylogenetic analysis strongly supported that Trichiurus sp. should be Trichiurus japonicus. |
