Summary:At the present time, organizations must provide conditions that all employees benefit from the entrepreneurial spirit and be able to easily and individually or collectively, to implement their entrepreneurial activities. This requires the institutionalization of corporate entrepreneurship. The aim of this study is to identify and prioritize the factors affecting the performance of institutionalization of corporate entrepreneurship is the city of Bam in Kerman automobile engine. . This study was conducted within the Persian date Brahman 93 to Persian date Chorded 94 and the target application. The main objective of this study is to identify and prioritize the factors affecting the performance of the institutionalization of entrepreneurship in Kerman Motor Company, manufacturer of Bam city with the approach of hierarchical analysis. Research in terms of research purpose and in terms of subject matter and questions, descriptive - survey research is. Experts’ questionnaire was used to collect data. The study population includes managers and professionals whose Kerman engine due to the limitation of using census questionnaire 40 questionnaires were distributed, of which 5 were not returned  Studies show that top the rankings of entrepreneurship education, and so is the rest of factors: research and development, networking, human resources entrepreneurs, top management support, encourage entrepreneurial behavior, a dynamic business environment , entrepreneurial corporate culture, organizational structure of entrepreneurial, strategic planning, entrepreneurial, the complexity of labor relations in the value chain.
