Valuation of comfort was based on descriptions of study participants, descriptions in which they were asked to specify what they perceive as a car’s elements that produce comfort. On the one hand, the results show us a representation of what does comfort for young drivers mean, and on the contrary, the results indicate that there is variability in terms of items that produce comfort, and whose absence can generate or not, discomfort. |
