Description
Summary:In order to solve almost any complex scientific, technical or industrial problem an information search and an evaluation of data quality from various information systems are required. The large number of available resources makes the problem of choosing a data source in the shortest analysis time to be urgent. Consequently, the users are faced with the scientific and technical problem of forming and selecting needed information resources from the overloaded information space of subject areas of knowledge. The solution the problem involves conducting research with the aim to create a complex of interconnected instrumental, automated means of information processing (including archival) and information resources stored in the information space of the industry (a lot of {M}). The use and access to the complex will increase the efficiency of solving management problems and the formation of the market of ECB, REA and dual-use materials with a dedicated material resource and specified restrictions at any given time in any direction and activities. The task of forming the information space to increase the controllability of the development processes of electronic component base (ECB) and electronic equipment (REA) for weapons, military equipment and special equipment (MMST) is considered. Mathematical models describing the computational environment of functioning, the processes of formation and processing of information resources for information management systems and decision support have been developed. This makes it possible to start creating hardware and software tools for supporting and using the unified information space of the radio-electronic industry (REO).
