The manifestation of such principle is strengthened by the ‘one roof judiciary system’ with the Supreme Court as the highest court.</em></p><p> </p><p>Perubahan atas konstitusi kita turut mengubah sistem kekuasaan kehakiman Indonesia dengan menuangkan secara eksplisit konsepsi negara hukum Indonesia. Sebagai konsekuensinya, maka jaminan prinsip penyelenggaraan kekuasaan kehakiman yang merdeka merupakan suatu keharusan. Perwujudan prinsip tersebut diperkuat melalui ‘sistem peradilan satu atap’ dengan Mahkamah Agung sebagai lembaga tertinggi.</p> |
