Summary:A 32-year-old male patient reported with a painless swelling over right cheek and is slowly growing in size for the past 2 years. Incisional biopsy revealed the lesion as Ossifying fibroma (OF), which is not very common in the maxilla. Surgical excision and primary closure was successfully carried out with no postoperative complications. The case was followed for a period of 3 years with no evidence of recurrence.
